Support needed for busy and GROWING flooring, cabinet and granite retail store. Must have some experience with construction.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting Operations by ensuring every customer is satisfied with product and installation, data entry - input and verification - as it pertains to project execution, as well as assist with installer schedules and management. Training provided for product knowledge and industry-specific software will be provided.
Qualifications:
Experience with construction
Customer service skills
General administrative support skills
Enthusiastic to learn and flexible to shift from task to task as required
Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Must be consistently Punctual ! Critical !
