We are seeking a Local Community Manager to help support our mobile home park operations. This is a flexible, part-time role with potential for growth in a dynamic and expanding company.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Communication: Dedicate 30 minutes per day, Monday-Friday, to address tenant inquiries and concerns.
Eviction Management: File eviction paperwork with the county (all paperwork provided) and attend court as needed (approximately 2 hours per month).
Ensure Compliance: Approach all tasks with kindness and respect while ensuring that business rules and policies are strictly followed.
Key Qualities:
Kind and Respectful: Treat tenants with care and professionalism in every interaction.
Diligent Rule-Follower: Able to consistently enforce community rules and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Tech-Savvy: Must have basic computer skills, access to an internet connection, and be comfortable working online.
Willingness to Learn: Open to gaining new skills and knowledge, particularly in mobile home park operations.
Compensation:
This is a results-based role, with compensation generally averaging $30/hour, tied to gross rents collected. There is also potential for career advancement as we continue to grow.
