Jade Security, Inc. Is currently looking to hire a Site Supervisor to take on a leadership role and become part of our team. We provide security services to high rise condos and gated communities. All applicants must have a valid SLED card or be able to pass a background check to obtain one. We provide all training, SLED cards and uniforms at no cost to the officer. This position is a year-round Supervisor role not a seasonal position. Previous experience is always a plus but not necessary. The selected individual will be responsible for scheduling shifts, payroll duties for said site, training new Officer's and making sure all Security Officer's on site follow and enforce all of the required duties the site requires as well as patrolling and securing assigned premises and identifying risks to staff and patrons and perform all duties outlined in the post orders at the assigned site.

All job sites are high end HOA Associations.
Schedules are set with no constant changing except for special circumstances.
-Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Ensuring all Officer's properly complete all assignments during their shift.
-Monitoring premises to prevent theft, or infractions of rules.
-Thoroughly examine doors, windows and gates to ensure proper function and security.
-Look for persons engaging in unauthorized activity and handle accordingly.
-Report any facility issues such as fire hazards, leaking pipes and all other maintenance issues that need attention that could cause an accident.
-Request emergency personnel if needed.
-Qualifications include but are not limited to:
-Have a high degree of integrity.
-Be able to pass a SLED approved drug test.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Completing daily activity reports.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Be punctual and on time everyday always.
