Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead a team of canvassers to meet and exceed lead goals.
· Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
· Provide ongoing training and support to ensure team success.
· Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Follow written policies to ensure best productivity.
· Daily monitoring of weather conditions to ensure comfort and safety of the team.
· Obtain 3+ leads of your own per week.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in Managing a team of canvassers or applicable leadership or manager experience.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
· Willingness to walk for 8 hours a day.
· Willingness to set leads.
· Ability to set 3 leads per week consistently and manage the teams performance.
· Ability to manage time.
· Ability to make decisions that aid in productivity and efficiency.
· Willingness to adhere to pre-determined policies and procedures.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
