We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our E-Commerce operations, specifically focused on listing and managing products for sale on website and eBay. This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and looking to get started in an office or eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate and compelling product listings on website & eBay
Take and upload clear, high-quality product photos
Write clear, keyword-rich product titles and descriptions
Organize and manage inventory, both physically and digitally
Respond to customer inquiries through eBay messages
Package and prepare items for shipment
Assist with returns, refunds, and other post-sale issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Must pass a criminal background check
Full Time - 40 Hours a week
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
$16 to $18 per hour
