Here's the story
Among the rest, we're a group of 4 people that work day and night together. We're looking to add just one person to that group. Here's our schedule
Monday - OFF
Tuesday - 9am-3pm
Wednesday - 9am-3pm AND 4pm - 8:45pm
Thursday - 9am-3pm AND 4pm - 8:45pm
Friday - 9am-3pm AND 4pm - 8:45pm
Saturday - 9am - 3pm AND 4pm - 8:00pm
Sunday - 12pm - 4pm
This amounts to 4 long days, 2 half days and 1 day off. This is a set schedule and if you were to come work with us, you would be expected to run with us every day, rain or shine, hard or easy, good or bad. Needless to say, these are long days. The right person for this job is someone who would rather be tired and have a stack of money in their pocket instead of rested and broke.
The right person for this job is
-Someone who knows what it means to be broke and wants to put as much cash between themselves and that situation as you possibly can
-When you have a stomach ache, you drink some ginger ale and close another sale
-You're generally in a great mood and a great, supportive team player
-You have reliable (your own) transportation
-Very important - You're willing to learn and don't have the "I know everything about sales" attitude
-Actual sales experience where you were asking for a financial commitment
The job involves selling over the phone. You will be talking to people about vacations and actually closing the sale yourself. This is not an "Opener" position where you're lucky to make $10 an hour and you have someone yelling at you during every "meeting." This is a position where you can lead by action. You will be trained and taught everything you need to know in a fast period of time (one full day). Starting on day 2, you'll be on the phone.
You will do NO cold calling. The people that you are speaking with have traveled before and all we're doing is inviting them back (just with a better deal). You will have multiple locations to offer, different incentive packages and ways to customize your offer based on your customers needs.
Next up, this position is 100% commission. We do not hide behind that fact, we're proud of it. Here's some examples

1 of the Reps. has made $39 an hour so far this week (as of 6PM 2/22)
You can make $8 an hour + commission and struggle or rid yourself of the security blanket and make real money. That's what we offer.
