We are seeking motivated, dependable, and skilled individuals to join our Landscaping and Property Maintenance team. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Landscaping Installation and Management
Irrigation Systems
Hardscapes (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and turf management.
Install and maintain irrigation systems.
Build and maintain hardscape structures.
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and heavy machinery.
Follow detailed project plans and work schedules.
Ensure high-quality customer service by meeting client expectations for maintenance and landscaping projects.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry and best practices.
Experience in customer service and client relations.
Ability to lead and manage personnel, while also being a team player.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow directions precisely while paying attention to detail.

Must have a professional demeanor and appearance.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Drug-free and able to pass background checks.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites.
