We are seeking a Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various restoration and cleaning techniques, including fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in restoration projects from start to finish
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to restore damaged properties
- Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks
- Manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient project completion
- Perform mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures
- Coordinate with clients to assess damage and develop restoration plans
Requirements
- Experience in fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration work
- Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly
- Capability to build and restore damaged structures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.54 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
