Looking for someone immediately to hire full time at a family oriented hotel.
The list below are just some of the requirements but not limited to:
Must be able to work with out supervision, and stay busy
Conduct inspections
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Be able to lift 50 lbs
Some landscaping/maintenance/custodial task
Must have reliable transportation
Professional demeanor and be able to work well with others
