DCW Hardwoods & Slabs, a custom woodshop, is looking for a Finishing Specialist to join our
team. We are seeking an individual with experience in finishing, willing to learn, has team skills,
and is passionate about woodworking.
Responsibilities:
- Finishing custom wood projects
- Operate spray room, mixing finishes
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the
highest standard
- Continuously learn new woodworking techniques and processes
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and withstand working during warm temperatures.
- Own transportation to and from work
- Relevant experience
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with spray finishing
