Superintendent with construction management experience.
The Superintendent will oversee construction of multiple projects in the field, including self-performing some scopes of work. They will also ensure the successful completion of projects in a timely manner while meeting all standards and requirements. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
Must be able communicate with clients and subcontractors in a professional and skillful manner. Must be able to execute punch lists on jobs and schedule and supervise completion of a final punch list. Must maintain an organized job site and construction office. Must also be able to read plans.
Must have Valid drivers license and dependable, insured transportation.
