What will you be doing?
At Chef de Partie, you will be a key player in preparing food before meal service begins, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating cooked foods.
In this role you will:Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, including proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and equipment.Ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes.Supervise and train cooks and kitchen staff.Clean, sanitise and disinfect all kitchen areas.
