With Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) principles embedded in everything we do, our Environment team works closely with designers and engineers to drive real change from the earliest stages of a project. How you’ll make a difference Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality Environmental Impact Statements, Review of Environmental Factors, and other approval documents, translating technical information into clear, accessible language  Supporting project delivery by managing time effectively, balancing a varied workload, and assisting in organising project resources, budgets and schedules  Manage medium-scale projects and support the delivery of larger, more complex projects by contributing to project planning, resourcing, program management and client coordination Coordinate specialist input and fieldwork to ensure technical advice is effectively integrated into project outcomes, while supporting the development of junior team members through day-to-day mentoring, technical guidance and constructive feedback to contribute to a capable and high-performing project team
