Operational Assessment & Business AnalysisAnalyse current organisations, business processes, and ways of working.Identify operational challenges, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and operational teams.Map and document current-state (As-Is) processes.Assess operational and digital maturity across functions.Future-State DesignGather and formalise business requirements.Define target operating models and future-state processes.Support process harmonisation across sites, business units, or organisations.Promote best practices and operational standardisation.Contribute to business transformation strategies and initiatives.Transformation ManagementConduct gap assessments between current and target states.Prioritise transformation initiatives and improvement opportunities.Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.Support business case development and effort estimation.Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies.Change Management & Stakeholder EngagementAssess organisational impacts of transformation initiatives.Develop communication and change adoption strategies.Prepare training and user readiness plans.Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.Support leadership teams throughout the transformation journey.
