Description We are offering a contract for a contract-to-hire position as a Closing Coordinator in North Charleston, South Carolina. As a Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling, and coordinating events. You will also be involved in marketing activities and managing various office needs.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and answer multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as required Oversee the ordering and restocking of office supplies and maintaining the breakroom Handle the coding and approval of invoices, along with the payment of utility bills Participate in the planning and execution of events, including holiday parties and quarterly outings Create and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Contribute to marketing efforts, including updating marketing maps and participating in marketing events Manage the sending of FedEx packages as required Conduct miscellaneous tasks for various departments and managers as needed Act as a notary for documents, ensuring they are properly witnessed and verified Oversee the management of quarterly and annual dues Maintain and update the website for advertised homes Foster a positive and engaging office culture.Requirements Proficiency in coordinating schedules and managing calendars for appointments Experience in scheduling and conducting meetings Ability to schedule travel arrangements efficiently Strong organizational skills, particularly in ordering and maintaining office supplies Expertise in answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system Demonstrated detail oriented phone etiquette Familiarity with operating switchboards, ideally with 1-10 lines Background in marketing, preferably within a department setting Proficiency in creating and managing marketing materials Experience in handling and preparing closing documents in a construction/contractor industry environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
