Facility Compliance Manager

ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Facility Compliance Manager to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of multiple warehouses, primarily based out of Charleston, SC.

Ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations by managing services like HAZMAT, tool issue, safety, cleaning, and facility maintenance and repairs.

Work with multiple teams and project managers to ensure ISO9001 standards and ITAR are being maintained at all ALECS ISO9001 locations.

Planning, organizing, and managing a facility, or series of smaller facilities supporting a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.

Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of facilities assignments and facility support activities.

Manages the technical direction of a facility through the design, construction, and implementation in accordance with project objectives.

Responsible for identifying follow-on business associated with assigned facilities and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.

Manages facilities of significant to moderate technical complexity.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Selected candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.

Ten (10) years of management and warehouse experience and a BA/BS degree.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing facilities with multiple performance locations both CONUS and OCONUS including support to combat operations.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience with logistics and maintenance of facilities of significant to moderate technical complexity.

Familiarity with ISO9001, OSHA, and HAZMAT handling.

Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

Valid Driver’s License.

Desired Qualifications:

Facilities Manager certification.

OSHA 10

OSHA 30.

Clearance Requirements:

Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
