As Transportation Officer (TO) ensures that quality and timely work is provided by terminal highway and rail contractors and evaluates performance against contractual requirements. Certifies contractor\'s invoices in the PowerTrack/Syncada Third Party Payment System and certifies the monthly Summary Invoice in an accurate and timely manner, resolving any billing issues before certification. Performs the full range of supervisory duties and responsibilities. Ensures timely performance of work and that quality standards are met.
