Using your engineering background, you will drive to improve production output, yield, and uptime key metrics. You will add value and expertise to the business by identifying and implementing cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.     RESPONSIBILITIES:  Work to brainstorm & implement solutions to improve production Coordinate with the team to insure timely completion of work Conduct risk analysis & reduction Aide in project planning Identify areas of cost improvement Drive technical solutions Production Engineering Trials Driving RCFA execution Owner in responsibilities of Mechanical Integrity Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization”.MUST HAVE:   Bachelor's degree in engineering Manufacturing background/experience WE VALUE:   Mechanical Engineer preferred Greenbelt certified Ability to work independently Willingness to learn new technologies Manufacturing experience Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work Proficient project management skills Good knowledge of mechanical industry Cause identification/FMEA experience Working knowledge of SAP AutoCAD Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs PSM experience BENEFITS:  Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
