We are looking for an administration professional to join our Real Estate Management Services team based out of our Parramatta Square office. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills in this varied and valued role.Reporting to the Property Manager, this full-time role will be involved in the coordination of all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and extensive client/tenant liaison.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Working closely with fellow team members, tenants, suppliers.Handling enquiries from customer, tenants, owners & contractors.Preparation of reports and correspondence.Assisting centre management with the preparation of budgets and reconciliations.Processing of invoices, work orders and lease administration.Account management including rental collection, arrears reconciliations and accounts payable.
