This is a permanent, full-time opportunity which will be a home office-based position in Perth, W.A (servicing both the Western Australian and South Australian Regions) and will involve regular domestic travel.As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing relationships with existing and new customers including merchants, developers, specifiers, architects, and engineers while actively seeking opportunities to expand Bosch’s market position. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets for the Home Comfort Division.Position responsibilities will include:Conduct sales activities with existing and potential customers to grow revenue and market share in your designated region.Develop and implement proposals for both direct and indirect customers, securing new business opportunities in the new build and replacement sectors.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful growth strategies.Actively monitor market trends and developments, providing actionable market intelligence.Deliver exceptional after-sales support, directly assisting customers with their day-to-day business needs.Work with divisional teams to develop and execute marketing, promotional, and training programs in the regionRepresent Bosch at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations to enhance brand visibility and product demand.
