As Front Office Supervisor, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:Providing exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.Supporting the Front Office team in the day-to-day operations.Participating in & conducting training with the team to enhance skills and capabilities.Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.Acting as the Loyalty Champion for the HotelMaintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.Maintaining procedures & documentation.
