Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Specialist to manage and execute company events, promotional initiatives, and client-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and experienced in coordinating both corporate and marketing-focused events.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completionCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event objectives are metManage budgets, logistics, timelines, and on-site executionEvaluate event performance and provide post-event reportsEnsure brand consistency and professionalism across all event materialsSource and negotiate with vendors and venuesManage event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications
