The Experienced Watchmaker plays a key role in supporting the strategic objectives of Audemars Piguet’s after-sales service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional repair quality, optimal performance, and timely delivery while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Experienced Watchmaker will perform complete service and repair on timepieces ranging from quartz calibers (R020) to complex movements such as perpetual calendars and tourbillons (R090). RESPONSIBILITIESRepair & MaintenancePerform complete maintenance and repair of Audemars Piguet timepieces, including uncasing, movement intervention, dial and hands fitting, encasing, and final quality control.Work on calibers ranging from R020 to R090, including QP Tourbillon and skeletonized movements.Ensure all interventions meet the highest technical and quality standards.Adhere strictly to all company and customer service (CS) processes and procedures.Continuous ImprovementActively contribute to the SPIRALE Project, supporting initiatives that enhance workshop efficiency, workflow, and overall repair quality.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tools, techniques, and service processes.Workshop Standards & ToolsEnsure the proper use, care, and maintenance of all workshop tools and equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
