Key responsibilities: Local marketing strategy, tactics, and execution:Develop expertise of Toy industry, identify opportunities for Mattel brands based on the competitive landscape, retail dynamics and consumer behaviorCreate and execute annual marketing plan to achieve growth ambition and capture opportunities by categoryIn collaboration with Sale department, develop customer-specific activation programs, align with 10 key partners, and execute with excellenceDesigning long term marketing strategy to achieve scale-up ambitionsEnsuring the delivery and execution of the multi-channel marketing campaignsPortfolio strategy, tactics, and execution:Lead line selection based on SWOT analysis and global prioritiesLead portfolio pricing, establish relevant price architecture, timely adjust pricing based on PPI and CPI Plan and flawlessly execute new brands launches according to category analysisProvide marketing expertise to commercial team, co-create customer specific product activation plans  Take an active part in sales pitch preparations and deployment Lead demand planning for the market, challenge commercial team to stive for growthConsumer and shopper engagement:Drive full Franchise approach including Content placement and Consumer Products with cross department collaborationLead media strategy and execution for the market based on consumer insights and industry expertiseLead PR, internal and external brand communication Effectively collaborate with media agency to deliver relevant media plans and execute with excellenceAct as digital champion, effectively work with media agency to provide comprehensive support to commercial team to set-up e-com fundamentals and full-funnel consumer activationOther responsibilities:Manage marketing budget formation, tracking and reportingWorking closely with key stakeholders in local and regional teamsManage, coach, and develop marketing team; provide expertise to broader commercial teamCoordinate needs-based marketing researchSet and report against all marketing KPIs
