ResponsibilitiesEffectively operate, inspect and maintain 2 or more machines in any two class of machines (Screw, Rotary, Davenport) at 80% productivityComplete independent measurements using complex gauging as well as calculating stackupsSet shaves, thread rolls, chases, mill cutters, recesses and roller supports in any one class of machines (Screw, Rotary, Davenport) as well as make tool changes and adjustments on machines in another classEffectively complete change overs and attachment settings for complex family jobs on any one class of machines (Screw, Rotary, Davenport) and perform simple part families in another class of machinesComplete regular preventative maintenance on machines, including reset stops and change rollersPerform basic troubleshooting when machine problems occur and resolve issues independentlyPull schedules for work centers and run attainment reportsOperate crane, including properly loading/unloading material on saddles and/or machinesPreset basic tooling for production machines  Maintain accurate record keepingMaintain clean and orderly work area and tool zonePerform other duties as assigned
