Keeps all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment in good state of maintenance and repair.Checks frequently all major air handling units for right functioning and performance, cleanliness of filters.Performs regular preventive maintenance of all air handling units and refrigeration equipment in accordance with the schedule.Checks daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspects the respective condensing units for proper function.Carries out repairs to air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment when necessary.To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observes these meticulously at all times.Observes cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.Ensures cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.
