As we continue to grow, we're looking for Growth Marketing Managers with a focus on the South-east Asia region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wise, you will:Drive growth initiatives and country level marketing strategies, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact.Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.Collaborate closely with paid channels to identify new channels to test and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth.Work closely with the Organic Social and Influencer marketing teams to drive a strong online presence, and increase our brand presence in the market. Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.
