What will you be doing?We're growing our team at our Smithfield Depot! If you’re personable, or a go getter and not afraid to get down and dirty, then this role is perfect for you. If you’re all of the above, even better!Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, this role is responsible for day-to-day operations of TOMRA Bulk Depots and enhancing the TOMRA customer experience.A typical day as a TOMRA Depot operator will see you greeting our customers and providing information on the Return and Earn scheme, assisting customers from their vehicles to our reverse vending machines and general cleaning and maintenance.Beyond the day-to-day, we’re looking for someone can work autonomously, be a friendly face for our customers and make our depots the pillar of the town.Some answers to commonly asked questions about this role:Pay rate for adults is paid at Level 2 Waste Management Award.Federal police check, pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks are part of the background process for employment.This is a full time role across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.
