Food & Beverage OperationsEnsure the beverage station is well prepared and maintained according to service standards.Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, personalized service throughout their visit.Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly with the correct presentation and temperature.Prepare beverages, cocktails, snacks, and garnishes in line with operational standards.Build guest relationships by remembering preferences, handling feedback, and resolving concerns professionally.Promote menu items and recommend food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.Process guest bills accurately and ensure smooth payment transactions.Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station, equipment, and work area while following HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and ensure all beverage supplies are available for daily operations.Support efficient outlet operations by reporting issues promptly and practicing effective cost and inventory control.Other ResponsibilitiesMaintain a strong knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings, services, outlets, and facilities.Follow hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures at all times.Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and training sessions to support continuous learning and development.Report for duty on time in a clean, complete uniform while maintaining a professional appearance and high standard of personal hygiene.Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Outlet Manager or Hotel Management as required.
