As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical experts and internal teams by:Managing appointments and bookings from enquiry through to completionProviding outstanding customer service via phone, email and online platformsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersSupporting customer onboarding and assisting users with online systems and portalsManaging special requests and resolving enquiries professionally and efficientlyIdentifying opportunities to promote additional services and specialtiesCoordinating with Operations, Quality and Administration teams to ensure seamless service deliverySupporting medical experts by managing availability and scheduling requirementsMaintaining accurate records and documentationContributing to business development initiatives and client engagement activities
