The Quality Assurance Consultant is involved in the provision of high quality, factually accurate and timely medico-legal reports.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review of medico-legal reports in line with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislationBuilding sustainable relationships, connections and trust with customers and experts through open and interactive communicationWork collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritisation of workflowProvide feedback and training for medical experts on medico-legal report writingResolve emerging problems & handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow ups to ensure resolution, customer record interactions and escalation
