Description We have a great opportunity with a client of ours in the Upstate! This role will be focused heavily on supporting the client's largest customers by managing supply chain processes. This position involves managing sales orders, updating backlogs, and liaising with various teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time. Job Responsibilities:
Process all sales orders in the system efficiently and accurately.
-Update spreadsheets for back-order logs regularly.-Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other ERP Solutions for order processing.-Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and update data - basic functions, pivot tables, sorting/filtering -Apply knowledge of Buying Processes and Component Selection in order to meet customer needs.-Track inventory and lead times -Other tasks as assigned This position is on-site, full time hours Monday-Friday Contract / contract to hire Pay: DOERequirements Manufacturing exp preferred ERP experience Ability to analyze data and provide insights for procurement decisions Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of supply chain processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
