One day you might be coordinating urgent repairs to keep a site operational, and the next you'll be delivering a major upgrade, managing contractors, or identifying ways to improve asset performance across the business.Working closely with Operations, Safety, Product Experts, and external partners, you'll help ensure our sites remain safe, efficient, and customer-friendly while contributing to TOMRA's mission of building a world without waste.Some other duties include:Leading the national repair and maintenance program across TOMRA-operated return points.Driving site improvement initiatives, remediation works, and operational enhancements.Managing contractors and coordinating works across multiple locations.Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions.Monitoring performance, budgets, and project outcomes to support informed decision-making.Championing safety and continuous improvement across all repair and maintenance activities.Helping shape scalable solutions that improve reliability, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
