Anything over 40 hours is overtime.Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Fine Dozer Operator to join our site work construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating bulldozers for precise grading and finishing work. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of construction site operations, and the ability to work efficiently under various conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Operate bulldozers to perform fine grading and finishing work on construction sites.
Ensure precise leveling and grading according to project specifications and plans.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to achieve project goals.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Fine Dozer Operator or similar role in site work construction.
Valid driver's license and any required certifications.
Strong knowledge of bulldozer operation, maintenance, and fine grading techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
