The RoleDrive proactive outbound engagement with Lumi’s existing customer base to uncover refinancing and utilisation opportunities.Conduct quality conversations to re-engage customers, identify funding needs, and position Lumi solutions effectively.Focus on key areas including: term loan refinances, line-of-credit (LOC) refinances, LOC rollovers, LOC utilisation uplift, and off-book re-engagement.Leverage data insights to prioritise customer cohorts with the highest likelihood of conversion & lifetime value nurture.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Credit) to streamline campaigns and ensure smooth approval processes.Manage an individual prospecting budget and contribute directly to team origination targets.
