By embedding robust governance across the AI lifecycle, you’ll empower our teams to innovate with confidence, protect customer outcomes, and strengthen the foundations of a more resilient, transparent and future-ready business.In this role, you will:Embed end-to-end AI governance across Claims to enable safe, scalable innovationIdentify and mitigate model, data and ethical risks to protect customer and business outcomesEnable compliant AI adoption by aligning initiatives with risk appetite and regulatory expectationsPartner with cross-functional teams to integrate governance into AI design, build and deploymentEstablish and monitor effective controls to ensure ongoing model performance and reliabilityDeliver actionable insights and uplift capability to strengthen AI risk maturity across Claims
