We are seeking a Corporate Client Services & Hospitality Specialist to join our team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.In this permanent role, you will play an essential part in our Client Services team, providing support wherever it’s needed most. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, clients, contractors, and visitors, consistently delivering a warm and professional welcome. You will also coordinate activities in our executive boardrooms and meeting spaces, ensuring all business needs are met to the highest standard. Additionally, you will manage our busy reception area, maintaining a professional environment that reflects our company values.If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a dynamic setting, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.In this role you will:Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors and staff at Reception and Concierge, ensuring a positive first impression.Manage the visitor sign-in process and grant appropriate access to maintain security and smooth operations.Oversee shared inbox and emails, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence.Coordinate executive boardroom and meeting space bookings using the TAL administration system.Coordinate meeting requirements including catering, AV setups, and provide basic support for security, emergency and WHS services.
