To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to lead our digital data and insights capability. This role will drive the measurement, analysis, and optimisation of digital experiences across Rest digital platforms, enabling us to deliver personalised, data-driven member journeys.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Analytics 360, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, with hands-on experience in experimentation platforms such as Optimizely. They will also bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical skills to bridge business needs with data solutions.This is an initial 12-month contract role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:Lead the digital analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning to business goals and customer experience initiatives.Own the implementation, configuration, and governance of Analytics platforms.Ownership of integrations between all Google and non-Google platforms. e.g. BigQuery exports to Enterprise Data PlatformsDevelop robust data pipelines and integrations across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and internal systems.Partner with digital product, Member Experience, Data and Technology teams to deliver actionable insights that optimise member journeys and improve retention.Manage and evolve experimentation and personalisation programs using tools such as Optimizely.Build dashboards, reporting, and data visualisations that enable self-serve analytics and data storytelling.Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across platforms.Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, precision, and innovation.
