As the Global Head of Data and Insights, you will take ownership of our data strategy, infrastructure, and analytics roadmap, ensuring data-driven insights are at the core of our decision-making processes. Working within a cloud-native environment powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you’ll lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enable real-time analytics, advanced machine learning, and scalable data operations.What you doData Strategy & Leadership: Execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring data-driven insights are at the heart of decision-making processes. Lead a cross-functional data team including data engineers, data architects, analysts, and business intelligence specialists.Cloud Data Architecture: Own the implementation, and optimization of the organization's cloud-native data architecture, with a focus on GCP (Google Cloud Platform) to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of data operations.Advanced Analytics: Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions that provide actionable insights and drive business innovation. Ensure the integration of predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics into business processes.Business Intelligence: Establish best practices for Business Intelligence (BI) tools and processes to empower business users with actionable insights, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.Data Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data privacy, quality, and integrity. Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements related to data management and multi-jurisdictional reporting, ensuring that the organization meets global and local regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, MiFID II, etc.).Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Oversee data engineering efforts, ensuring the design and maintenance of high-performance data pipelines, integration, and ETL processes to enable real-time analytics and reporting capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on data trends, opportunities, and challenges.
