We currently have an opportunity for Front Office Superstar to join our fun and highly performing Front Office team as Full-Time Guest Service Agent All Rounder. As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder, your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service.  Duties include but not limited to:Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out.Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences.Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries.Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner. This role falls under HIGA Level 3, with the following rates: Monday to Friday $27.97, Saturday $34.96 and Sunday $41.96.
