Due to continued growth in our Program Management Business Line, we are seeking an experienced Manager with a growth mindset to join our ANZ team in a senior leadership capacity, based in either Brisbane or Sydney as a Sector Manager - Independent AssuranceHow you’ll make a differenceSupport the execution of sector-specific strategies and drive profitable growth through effective client engagement and market differentiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning for your team, including workshare across the sectorFoster a supportive and inclusive work environment, empowering team members to take ownership and encouraging professional development.Ensure delivery excellence across all projects by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Implement digital and AI initiatives within the sector and uphold project governance and delegation of authority requirementsActively participate in technical and project management roles, including GNGs, project risk reviews, and governance reviews.Champion a Quality Mindset and ensure the consistent application of AECOM's policies and procedures.
