This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the foundations of a thriving workplace, ensuring our people can focus on making a difference for customers, partners and each other.In this role you will:Deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes that support employees and meet business obligations.Resolve complex payroll, timesheet and leave issues to create reliable employee experiences.Ensure payroll activity aligns with legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and TAL policies.Strengthen payroll controls by identifying risks, resolving errors and supporting preventative improvements.Improve payroll processes by simplifying ways of working and identifying opportunities for automation.Support robust reporting across fortnightly, monthly and annual payroll cycles.
