AECOM’s Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team.  You will be supporting a client group of around 250 team members in our Sydney office.Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support, including:Employee RelationsPerformanceCultureReward & Talent ManagementBuilding the people management capabilities of our leadersFacilitating and supporting change managementLeading and supporting HR projectsWorking with managers to improve our employee experience.In addition to partnering with business leaders within  key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally.  Reporting to the People & Culture Lead – New South Wales & Canberra.
