THE ROLE● Collaborate with leaders on all things people, including advisory support, remuneration, problem-solving, engagement, performance management, and recognition initiatives.● Oversee the operational aspects of the people lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, system management, and visa sponsorship).● Contribute to the design and execution of People & Culture programs and initiatives.● Provide advice on employee relations and ensure compliance● Develop and analyse reports to inform better decision-making.
