We are looking for a talented Programs Manager to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing regional people programs and initiatives that make a real difference, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.Some of your key responsibilities include: Lead Regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey including the development of engagement programs to enhance overall employee experience across Asia Pacific.In partnership with the Regional Director, People & Performance, Asia Pacific, execute the Asia Pacific annual Professional Development and Succession Planning process.Develop and execute regional people programs across Asia PacificEnsure timely and accurate metrics are gathered and produced to proactively diagnose and address people and operational related trends, while assessing the competitiveness of people programs.In partnership with the Global team and external vendors, manage regional involvement with global contracts, ensuring seamless operations and providing strategic direction based on regional priorities and feedback.Continuously identify and implement new processes, technologies, and workflows that add value to the business.Partnering with the APAC ESG Taskforce lead, promote and guide social impact strategies.Support Regional Director with preparation for Executive presentations, information collation & analysis.
