 Available on a Part-time basis (minimum 2 days per week)Working days are negotiableHighly autonomous and flexible role with support from experienced LeadersAssessments only, no case management Our Sydney team is growing and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join on a part-time basis. You will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, worksite, functional and ergonomic assessments.Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacityIdentifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participationUnderstanding a variety of health care and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goalsLiaising with clients, family members, insurers, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve outcomesWhat you can bring to the roleQualifications & registration in Occupational TherapyWillingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible waysAn ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyA commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
