The RoleAs an AI Engineer at Bilue, you’ll design, build and ship AI systems for clients across financial services, government, insurance and retail. You’ll sit in AI Labs, splitting your time between client delivery and shaping the patterns, tooling and standards the rest of the team builds on.This isn’t a research role, and it isn’t a prompt engineering role. You’ll build agentic systems that hold up with real users in real enterprise environments, and help define what production-grade means at Bilue.What You’ll DoClient Delivery Design and build agentic systems, memory systems and LLM-powered features for enterprise clients, from architecture through to productionArchitect cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP, with LLMOps pipelines built to scaleIntegrate AI into the platforms clients already run, like CRM, ERP, lending and claims systems, through well-designed APIs and data pipelinesLead AI technical delivery in cross-functional squads alongside designers, strategists and client stakeholdersBuild responsible AI in from day one, including red-teaming, bias testing, evaluation harnesses and human-in-the-loop designBuilding our capabilityShape Bilue’s reference architectures for knowledge pipelines, agentic systems, LLM integrations and evaluationHelp set the engineering bar for AI work, covering code quality, testing, prompt evaluation, model selection and cost optimisationBuild reusable tools, accelerators and skills so every project starts further ahead than the lastShare what you learn through documentation, tech talks and mentoring
