We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in medium to large-scale Finance transformation programs. The selected candidate will join a project team to collaborate with business stakeholders in Finance and Actuarial areas, gathering requirements, analysing the current state, designing target state processes, conducting data analysis, and acting as a liaison among business, project, system implementation, and IT teams, both internal and external.This is a 12-month fixed term contract, working flexibly from our Sydney office.In this role you will: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for the transformation project, conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisationMaintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Establish traceability from requirements to solution design and to test casesFacilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport test teams to ensure test plans, scenarios, cases adhere to requirements and collaborate with quality assurance teams to support issue resolution.Lead the analysis and mapping of data from legacy systems to the new ERP SaaS solution
