As a Group Underwriter you will provide quality underwriting service in line with TAL’s underwriting philosophy, standards and practices to maintain a profitable risk portfolio.In this role you will: Assess new applications and action review files within the agreed timeframe.Communicate openly to engage customers, peers, members and funds using a variety of communication strategies (face to face, written, telephone and presentations).Contribute to a proactive, consistent customer experience across the underwriting team, identifying customer issues and opportunities to resolve them.Work closely with our fund partners to collaborate and build effective relationshipsThink innovatively and challenge the status quo, helping to embed changes that add value to customers and partners.
