This individual will set strategy, define our target segments and value proposition, collaborate with internal and external partners, and profitably grow the business while ensuring we meet the highest compliance standards. This leader will also continue to develop and grow First Horizon’s peer leading Private Client Academy. The Director of Private Client Services is a key leadership role in our firm, and a driver of our growth and success. Reports to the CEO of First Horizon Advisors.Key Responsibilities Include
Sets the strategy, including defining our target segments and value proposition, for the private client banking businesses within our regional markets
Ensures we have a clear and consistent operating model across the organization
Supports the success of all members of our relationship team model with incentive plan design, sales training, operating processes, and communications
Develops and implements Private Client Academy with market partners
Set financial targets, goals, and banker productivity standards
Measures performance
Ensures we have world-class end-to end client and associates experiences
Collaborates with markets to achieve goals
Collaborates with key partners (Wealth, Credit, HR, Risk, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc)
Qualifications
Experience leading successful teams of Private Client RMs
Ability to think strategically, using fact-based analyses to support conclusions
Action-oriented with the demonstrated ability to get things done
Strong leadership abilities, including using influence across teams in a collaborative style
